This one-of-a-kind spectrolite, a type of labradorite exclusively found in Finland, has a smooth polished surface. The stone is dark, yet when held and moved, it reveals a strong and vibrant blue iridescence reminiscent of the aurora.
The spectrolite is elegantly framed in 18k yellow gold with four minimal prongs. Maya combined an arabesque design to the unique shape of an asymmetrical stone to draw a teardrop shape. The intricate lines of arabesque gracefully extend to the back side of the pendant. Small diamonds further enhance the brilliance of this piece.
The gold frame is hanging gracefully from a rope-like oxidized sterling silver chain. The combination of the black and the gold is perfect for this dark stone.
