This online store is oparated by ileava jewelry team our self in Harajuku, Tokyo. You are purchasing directly from the creator when you shop at our online store.
Can I purchase at a physical store?
Yes. Our physical store is located in Harajuku, Tokyo. We have hundreds of jewelry on display including many one-of-a-kind jewelry that we don't have listed online.

About our merchandize.

Not all items are listed on our online store. Please feel free to contact us with any inquiries.
Is everything made-to-order?
Yes. We normaly start the production upon your order, but please contact us when in hurry. We do have many of our items in stock for our brick-and-mortar store.
Do you customize pieces? Do you make custom pieces?
Yes. We have made many customized and custom pieces over email communications.
Can I get a certain item in different material?
Yes, we can make silver items in 10k or 18k gold and vice versa.
We can also make adjustments in design to better suit the characteristics of each metal.
Please tell me about the material you use.
Here at ileava jewelry, we try to be selective about the material we use.
Our 925 Sterling Silver only contain Silver and Copper.
Our K18 and K10 gold contain Gold, Silver and Copper. *White Gold also contain Palladium.
Platinum 900 contains palladium and ruthenium.
While it is not common to be allergic to those metal, please consult with your doctor.
Do you provide certificates for diamonds?
We provide certificates for diamonds larger than 1ct.
We can always provide certification for other gem stones and smaller diamonds upon requests.
Do you do Gift Wrapping?
Whether it's a gift for someone special or a gift for your self, we believe that all jewelry deserves ribbons. Every items from ileava jewelry comes is an original box. Please feel free to contact us if you have a specific gift wrapping requests.
Can you include a card along with the gift in a box.
Yes. We can provide cards, and we can even print text, images or photos you email us.
Can you engrave messages?
Yes. We provide engraving service starting at ¥2,000〜(+tax).

Order Process

What is your return and exchange policy?
Please contact us within 7 days of product arrival if you feel that there is a defect. We will replace it with a new one.
We do not exchange or accept returns for any other reasons since we make them to orders.
What is your cancelation policy?
We start producing the items as soon as we send out the order confirmation email. I do not accept cancelation after the order confirmation email has been sent out, since we start producing the items as soon as we send out the email.
I haven't gotten the order confirmation email.
We normally send out the order confirmation email within one business day. Please contact us if you haven't received one.

About payment.

How much would the custom duty be?
We do not charge you sales tax if the items are to be shipped to outside of Japan. Depending on which country you live in, your country might impose a import tax and/or VAT on the item(s).
The rate for such tax varies, and they are importer or the purchaser's responsibility, please contact your local tax agency for more information.
How much is the shipping?
The shipping cost varies depending on the shipping address. You can follow the check-out-process to find out the shipping cost before committing to purchase.
Is there any other cost that I should be aware of other than the cost of the item(s)?
Sales Tax or Custom duties and shipping cost.
What are the payment options?
We take major Credit Cards, ApplePay, PayPal, AmazonPay,, Bank Transfer, COD (only in Japan).


Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We do not charge you sales tax when shipping to outside of Japan, but please be aware that your country might charge custom duty and/or VAT depending on where you live. Please contact your local tax agency for more information.
When do I get the items in my hands?
We normally ship items within 2 weeks. Shipping time varies depending on the carrier you choose and your location.

Repair and Mentainnace

Do you repair jewelry?
Yes. We repair all ileava jewelry items. While we do our best to repair them free of charges, we ask that you take care of the shipping fee.
If there is a breakage and/or missing piece, we will provide you a cost base quotation before repairing.
How do I clean jewelry?
You may wash jewelries with dish soap and warm water using tooth brush. Please make sure to rinse well and dry thoroughly with soft cloth.
If it says "sensitive to heat and water" on the warranty, please avoid getting the Gem stone or the pearl wet.
We also provide maintenance for free of charge. Please contact us before mailing it in, we will send it back by C.O.D. (shipping charges only)
I ordered a wrong size ring. Can I get it re-sized?
In many cases depending on the design, we can up-size rings by one size just for the cost of shipping. Other times, it costs ¥2,000(+ tax) or more depending on the design of the ring.


I have questions, but I don't speak or write Japanese.
Don't worry, we all speak both English and Japanese.

The safest way is to go to a local jewelry store and have them measure for you.
What metal do you use to make jewelry? I have an allergy.
We use stering silver 925, 10K gold, 14K gold, 18K gold, and Platinum 900.
Silver 925 contains copper as alloy. Yellow and Pink Gold contains copper and silver. White Gold contains copper, silver and palladium. Platinum 900 contains palladium and ruthenium.
While it is not common to be allergic to those metal, please consult with your doctor.
