Order Process

1. Order
You will receive an auto-generated email when you complete your order online. Please review it carefully.
2. Order Confirmation
We send and order-confirmation email upon reviewing your order.
We do not accept cancelation after this email is sent out as we start the production.
3. Production (about 2 weeks)
All ileava jewelry is made by hand in our studio/store in Harajuku, Tokyo except for a few process done offsite by our partner craftsmen.
Please allow up to 2 weeks of production time, but if you are in a harry, please do not hesitate to ask as we often have items in stock in our physical store.
4. Shipping Date
We will notify you a day before we are ready to ship out the product.
Please let us know if there is a special request.
5. Shipping
We carefully wrap and pack the item and ship it to you.
Please pay the driver if you chose COD as a payment method. International shoppers may be asked to pay for the custom duty and/or VAT upon receivable.

We accept all major credit cards.

Bank Transfer

We start the production upon payment confirmation.

  • ※Please contact us if you can’t make a payment within one week.
    Your order may be canceled if we do not hear from you for a week.
  • ※Please contact us if the name on the account is different from your name.

You can shop with PayPal account.

Apple Pay

You can shop using Apple Pay.

Apple Pay is only supported on Safari (browser).

Lead Time

Production

All ileava jewelry is made to order.  Please allow up to 2 weeks for the production.  Don’t hesitate to contact us if you are in a rush as we often have pieces in stock for our physical store.
We do not accept cancelation after “Order Confirmation email” has been sent out because that’s when we start the production. 

Process

  3. 3. We will send you a confirmation email within one business day, and we will start the production.
  4. 4. If you choose Bank Transfer as a payment method, we will start the production upon payment confirmation.
  5. 5. We will notify you a day before we are ready to ship out the product. Please let us know if there is a special request.
  6. 6. We carefully wrap and pack the item and ship it to you.
    Please pay the driver if you chose COD as a payment method.  International shoppers may be asked to pay for the custom duty and/or VAT upon receivable.
Shipping Fee

The shipping cost varies depending on the shipping address. You can follow the check-out-process to find out the shipping cost before committing to purchase.

※We waive the shipping fee for the purchase over ¥20,000 when shipping within Japan.

Custom Duties.

We do not charge you sales tax when shipping to outside of Japan, but please be aware that your country may charge custom duty and/or VAT depending on where you live.
Please contact your local tax agency for more information.

Cancel, Return and Exchange

Cancelation
We do not accept cancelation after the order confirmation email has been sent out, since we start producing the items as soon as we send out the email.
Return
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns.
Exchange
Please contact us within 7 days of product arrival if you feel that there is a defect. We will replace it with a new one.
We do not exchange or accept returns for any other reasons since we make them to orders.

Wrapping

Gift Wrapping
Whether it's a gift for someone special or a gift for your self, we believe that all jewelry deserves ribbons. Every items from ileava jewelry comes is an original box and put a ribbon on it. Please feel free to contact us if you have a specific gift wrapping requests.

Care

Repair
We repair all ileava jewelry items. While we do our best trying to repair for free of charges as much as possible, we ask that you take care of the shipping.
If there is a breakage and/or missing piece, we will provide you a cost base quotation before repairing.
Cleaning
You may wash jewelries with dish soap and warm water using tooth brush. Please make sure to rinse well and dry thoroughly with soft cloth.
If it says "sensitive to heat and water" on the warranty, please avoid getting the Gem stone or the pearl wet.
We also provide maintenance for free of charge. Please contact us before mailing it in, we will send it back by C.O.D. (shipping charges only)
