ileava jewelry is 100% hand-made in Tokyo, Japan.

We begin producing your pieces upon order confirmation.

Production time

It usually requires 1 -3 week of production time. Once pieces are in production, they are non-cancelable and non-returnable, unless broken upon receipt. Changes requested after production has started may incur additional fees and may require additional production time.

If you need your jewelry in a hurry, please contact us by phone or email to discuss the options.

Payment information

All online orders must be paid upon order via Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or with a credit card.

Please note that your credit card will be charged at the time of checkout for all items in your Shopping Cart.

Sales tax and custom duty

All orders shipped within Japan will be subject to sales tax of 10%.

For International orders, Additional custom duty may apply when receiving the item depending on where you live. Purchasers are responsible for such duties.

Shipping (International shipping)

Packages are shipped via Yamato or Sagawa within Japan.

We ship your international order, fully insured via Fedex. The items are covered 100% whilst in transit.

If you need us to ship the item to arrive at a specific date, please let us know as soon as you complete the purchase process.

Upon shipment, we will send you a shipping email, which will include your tracking number.

Returns and exchanges

Because we make items to order, all sales are final.

If, upon receipt, you find that your order is not as it should be, please contact us immediately. Any damage must be reported within seven ( 7 ) days of delivery. We will replace the item with a new one.

Prior to shipping for an exchange, please contact us with your request for a return authorization code and our return address. All returns must be in their complete original packaging and be shipped insured. We are not responsible for lost items and cannot issue credit for lost items.
