A universe trapped in labradorite

The cabochon labradorite of the Wizard’s Ring reveals a play of colors, as if an entire universe is expanding within its depths rather than merely showcasing iridescence on its surface. The intricate play of colors, known as the labradorescence, shifts its colors from blues, greens, and hints of gold appear to move within the stone. This optical phenomenon is caused by light entering the stone and being refracted back at different angles, creating iridescent colors.

The labradorite is set in 18k yellow gold frame, gently held by a delicate budding design in sterling silver that symbolizes new beginnings and the potential for growth. The cool, luminous sheen of silver pairs elegantly with the warm tone of the gold, complementing the stone’s nature, making this ring a one-of-a-kind.

The gemstone was designed and cut by a Japanese master lapidarist.
