Returns and exchanges
Because we make items to order, all sales are final.
If, upon receipt, you find that your order is not as it should be, please contact us immediately. Any damage must be reported within seven ( 7 ) days of delivery. We will replace the item with a new one.
Prior to shipping for an exchange, please contact us with your request for a return authorization code and our return address. All returns must be in their complete original packaging and be shipped insured and trackable. We are not responsible for lost items and cannot issue credit for lost items.
