Arabesque Mirror-Face Signet Ring

Volume in Front, Comfort at the Palm

Made in silver, Maya’s interpretation of a signet ring pairs a mirror-polished face with flowing scrollwork around the entire band. It is wider and considerably heavier than ileava’s other signet ring, while the band tapers toward the palm. With less metal pressing against the finger, it remains more comfortable when the fingers bend or the hand closes into a fist.

An Unadorned Face, Surrounded by Detail

The broad face is deliberately left smooth and mirror-polished. The ornament begins around it instead, with curling lines that emerge along the sides and continue all the way around the finger.

That contrast gives the ring more than one way to be seen. From above, it has the direct presence of a substantial signet. As the hand turns, the polished surface gives way to the movement of the scrollwork. Its generous weight remains part of the experience, but the changing width and decoration keep the form from feeling visually fixed.
